• Populatiom 30,000 people within a 3 – mile radius
• Median age = 45 years old and below
• Concentration of office and/or retail
• Close proximity to colleges and universities are a plus
• Traffic counts in excess of 25,000 cars per day

Building Types and requirements

• Regional shopping centers
• Storefront and signage should have good visibility from main streets and intersections
• 1500 – 2000 sq. ft.
• Sufficient parking for all tenants of shopping center
• End cap of shopping center preferable
• Additional seating outdoors a plus
• New shopping centers (less than 10 years old)

Franchise Fees and Royalties

• Franchise fee for a single unit - $25,000 due upon signing of the franchise agreement
• Multi – unit development agreements are available
• Royalty Rate of 5% and Advertising Rate of 2%
